Specsavers

I visited the store looking for help with some glasses I had bought online, but was expecting to be turned away because it wasn't a Specsavers problem. I had my eyes examined here a year before so I gave it a shot. An optician (Chey?) discussed my problem with me and examined the script in the lenses and focal points - they were incorrect. Thank you very much for the help and going beyond what I consider good customer service.
