  CITY CHIC IS A JOKE !!! I paid $70 for a pair of shorts 6 months later the button comes off and stitching on the back pocket is hanging off. I ask for a refund and they say NO. When purchasing the lady's that sell you the items tell you that the good thing about the city CHIC card is if you lose your receipt we can see it on our end. But when I go into return something.... they decline my request because I don't have a copy of the receipt but they can see it on there end. Ridiculous!!!! There a joke and don't know there stuff. The lady I was speaking to did not know ANY knowledge and returns or processes etc.
